NCM Weather Stations – Point Locations (GeoJSON)
This GeoJSON resource contains the geospatial point locations of National Center for Meteorology (NCM) weather stations across Saudi Arabia. Each feature represents a single weather station with geographic coordinates referenced in WGS 84.
The spatial features in this file correspond directly to the monthly climate time-series records provided in the associated Excel and CSV resources. Attribute information includes station identifiers, station names, administrative regions, and elevation where available.
This resource is intended for GIS analysis, spatial visualization, and integration with other geospatial datasets. It supports spatial queries, regional aggregation of climate variables, land degradation and drought assessments, and validation of satellite-derived climate products.
